Kalvin Phillips is on the brink of agreeing a season-long loan deal to Ipswich Town.
The England international is set to move to Portman Road in what would be a real coup for the newly-promoted club.
Phillips, 28, spent last season on loan at West Ham after failing to cement a regular position in the Manchester City team after joining from Leeds United in a £42m deal two years ago.
